Healthy Cookie Dough
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained (I get organic but it doesn’t really matter. Also, try to pick out any random skins out of it)
- 1-2 tsp of vanilla extract (I like a strong vanilla flavor, so test it out and get it how you want it)
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it)
- ½ cup of almond butter
Blend until smooth, add chocolate chips. 😊
You can even roll them into balls and freeze them for a bit and drizzle them with chocolate to make cookie dough bites!
