This recipe will help regulate your blood sugar through the night, it’s high in magnesium to help you fall asleep and stay asleep and it tastes soooo yummy!
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp almond butter
1 tsp honey
1/2 banana
cinnamon
nutmeg
Blend well and sleep tight!
